Terms and Conditions of Sale

Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included.

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (TCS) govern the contractual relationship between Foot Exchange SAS and any user subscribing to a paid plan on the Foot Exchange platform.

Article 2 — Offers and Pricing

Foot Exchange offers three subscription plans as well as optional add-ons:

Final prices will be communicated at the official launch of the platform. Any pricing change will be subject to a prior 30-day notice.

Article 3 — Subscription and Effective Date

The subscription becomes effective once payment is validated. A confirmation is sent by email to the address provided during registration. The Bronze plan (free) is available without commitment as soon as the account is created.

Article 4 — Term and Renewal

Paid subscriptions are taken out for a term:

  • Monthly: automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date
  • Annual: automatically renewed each year (preferential rate)
  • The user can disable auto-renewal in their account settings at least 48 hours before the renewal date.

Article 5 — Payment Terms

Payments can be made using the following methods:

  • Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • SEPA direct debit (on request for organizations)
  • Company invoicing (Gold & organizations, quotation-based) Transactions are secured and processed by a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. Foot Exchange does not store any banking data.

Article 6 — Plan Changes and Upgrades

The user may at any time:

  • Upgrade (move to a higher plan): immediate effect, prorated billing
  • Downgrade (move to a lower plan): takes effect at the next renewal date
  • Add add-ons: available immediately after payment

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, where performance has begun with the user’s prior consent.

For subscriptions whose performance has not begun, the user has 14 calendar days from subscription to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason, by contacting support@foot-exchange.com.

Article 8 — Refund Policy

Outside the legal withdrawal period:

  • Monthly subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds in the event of termination during the month
  • Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis for unused months, upon a substantiated request sent to billing@foot-exchange.com
  • Add-ons are non-refundable once activated

Article 9 — Termination

The user may terminate their paid subscription at any time from the application settings. Termination takes effect at the end of the current subscription period. Access to paid features is maintained until that date. Foot Exchange may terminate a subscription without refund in the event of a breach of the Terms of Use or fraudulent behavior.

Article 10 — Invoices

An invoice is automatically generated and sent by email at each renewal or purchase. Invoices are also available in the “My account” section of the application.

Article 12 — Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, mediation is offered before any legal action. Failing resolution, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
